It adopts high-standard 80mm thickened steel plate overall box cage structure, triangular interconnection design, and accurate finite element force analysis. CO2 full welding process is adopted for welding. After welding, the machine tool is annealed at high temperature and then machined, which ensures the anti-twisting deformation of the bed and the long-term microscopic stability for many years, without the risk of cracking.
The appearance is ergonomic and beautiful and coordinated.
1. Stress relief treatment of castings and welded support tables, multiple tempering, annealing and other heat treatment processes are carried out to ensure long-term use without deformation.
2. Precision machining Different tooling fixtures are designed for different workpieces, and high-precision multi-axis machining centers are used to fine-process the workpieces to ensure the consistency of accuracy before and after clamping.
3. Strict testing uses high-precision micrometer U-meters, combined with marble platforms and marble squares with high stability, to accurately measure the workpieces and strictly control the machining accuracy of each workpiece.

Automatic loading and unloading solution


The system reserves the main industrial 4.0 interface, which can be connected to the robot arm to realize automatic loading and unloading.

Equipped with the Lichuan self-driven robotic arm, it uses the same control system as the bending center. There is no need for secondary programming to replace the workpiece. The system automatically generates the robotic arm movements according to the bending instructions, which is more efficient and better coordinated.
